We return with a new season of Orthodox Virtual Sunday School! This year, we’re returning to the New Testament with more stories and parables; plus, a look at the lives of Orthodox saints! To kick off, we explore an oft-overlooked event found only in the Gospel of Matthew – the story of when the dead rose and walked the earth on the night of the Crucifixion of Jesus. Is this a Biblical ghost story? Are there zombies in the Bible (spoiler: no!)? What is the significance of this event and what does it mean for us? (Matthew 27:52-53)
